Pets Mom – Refund & Return Policy

1. Grooming Services
Unsatisfied customers may request a service review within 24 hours of the appointment. If a service is deemed incomplete or not per the agreed scope, we will offer a touch-up or partial refund.
2. Pet Food & Bakery Products
- Due to hygiene and safety, opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will replace or refund approved claims based on stock and investigation.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom bakery items, made-to-order meals, and partially completed services.
- Perishable items past their shelf life or mishandled by the customer.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via the payment gateway.
- If payment was captured but the order was not fulfilled, a full refund will be initiated.
5. Payment Gateway & Chargebacks
Payments are processed through secure gateways (e.g., Razorpay). For chargebacks or disputes, please contact us first with your transaction reference so we can coordinate resolution swiftly.
