1. Delivery Areas
Available in select PIN codes. Please check availability at checkout.
2. Delivery Time
- Same-day bakery delivery for orders placed before 12 PM (subject to stock and route planning).
- Subscription meals follow your chosen schedule and plan.
- Grooming services are appointments, not shipped items.
3. Shipping Charges
Charges vary by location and order value. Free delivery may apply above a specified threshold shown at checkout.
4. Packaging & Handling
Products are packaged securely for freshness and safety. Perishable items are sealed and labeled appropriately.
5. Delays
Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. We will inform customers promptly and strive to deliver at the earliest.
6. Missed Deliveries
If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address or unavailability, we will coordinate a reattempt. Additional charges may apply.
