Welcome to Pets Mom ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website www.petsmom.in ("Website") and services including grooming, food subscriptions, bakery items, and delivery ("Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or booking through our website.

2. Services

Pets Mom offers mobile grooming-on-wheels, pet food subscriptions, and bakery items for pets with same-day delivery in select locations. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling may vary by PIN code and demand.

3. Bookings & Orders

• All bookings and orders are subject to confirmation.
• We may reschedule appointments due to operational issues, weather, traffic, or safety concerns.
• You agree to provide accurate information (name, contact, address, pet details) for timely service.

4. Payments

Payments can be made through secure payment gateways. Prices include taxes unless otherwise stated. Online payments are processed via trusted providers (including Razorpay). We do not store full card details on our servers. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant and supports cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

• Transactions may be subject to verification to prevent fraud.
• Orders are confirmed after payment success and receipt generation.
• In case of payment failure but amount debit, please contact support with the transaction reference. We will coordinate with Razorpay to resolve and refund as applicable.

5. Cancellations

Cancel bookings up to 24 hours before appointment for a full refund. Later cancellations may incur a fee to cover scheduling and operational costs. For products, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, graphics, logos, images) is the property of Pets Mom. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Liability

Pets Mom is not liable for health issues, delays, or damages arising from incorrect information provided by customers or external factors. Grooming involves handling live animals and reasonable safety measures are taken; however, minor nicks, stress, or delays can occur.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of local courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We encourage amicable resolution via support before escalating.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
